What is QBO?

QuickBooks Online is a simple easy to use Cloud Accounting solution. It is very suitable for users on a MAC or Android device or Windows users who want a simple accounting solution with no fuss.
QuickBooks Online Essentials UK Edition (12 Month Subscription) is a financial accounts solution for small or medium sized UK businesses. Essentials doesn’t allow for Stock, Pos or Budgets. (You'll need QB Plus!)

Key Features

• QBO is a subscription service that runs on your browser. You don’t need to download or install any special software. Latest version of Safari, Chrome, Firefox or Internet Explorer recommended.
• Platform independent: It runs on MAC, Windows or Android.
We have tested it on PC, iPAD and Samsung Galaxay Tab.
• Easily create and send sales invoices, enter supplier invoices, record expenses.
• Easily generate financial reports such as P&L, Balance sheet, Trial Balance.
• Track and file UK VAT for HMRC.
Manual setup required for non-UK users. We think this is a better fit than the global QBO product.
• Manage account receivable and accounts payable.
• Download UK bank statements to assist in recording bank transactions
• All your data is held on Intuit's servers with Banking level security.
• QBO should be of interest if you've switched from Windows platform or mobility is important.
NOTE: If you need more users you need to get QuickBooks Online Plus Edition
