I have to say that Quickbooks on line is so easy to use and the fact that you can change and fix any item you enter is just a treasure. I highly recommend. The product quality is outstanding and so easy to learn and customer service is top class. Makes life so easy and quick. Would be lost without it. 10 out of 10.

User friendly software, unfortunately import field options are limited to 4 in chart of accounts with no parent account field for use of sub-accounts - chart of accounts has to be manually edited after import.

It has taken me some time to adjust from 'manual' QuickBooks to the online version. At times I found it very frustrating and slower but I now think I have the hang of it and I feel much more confident using it. I have recommended it to friends.

Good Morning, The new on line version of Quickbooks is quite cumbersome, there are some reports that are not accessible that were very useful, there was a feature 'open balance' on the desktop version which I would have used but this is not available?

Quickbooks is excellent and I am 100% happy with the software. The versatility of being able to access Quickbooks Online from any location makes it a huge improvement on the desktop version. The new features, reporting options and ongoing development of the online software provide an excellent accounting solution for clients.

We, here in ThinStone Ireland, have been using Quickbooks since 2018 and are very happy with the product. Provides plenty of pertinent data for future planning and for keeping a close eye on how the business is progressing.

Quickbooks is a very user friendly accounts package, which I've been using now for over 15 years. It's customisable, easy to use and it produces clear reports. Our auditor can log-in remotely and access the reports he/she requires, along with the invoices/receipts which I attach to each transaction. It makes our audit process more efficient. I would highly recommend Quickbooks to anyone looking for a user-friendly accounts package.

We switched over to Quickbooks online last May . We had some problems in the beginning concerning moving my books over really left out a lot of our records we needed, however the system itself is working quiet well I got good advise and help from the Quickbooks team and of course learned a lot of it from youtube . When you get use to it Quickbooks online is good

We used the Quickbooks Desktop version for years before we migrated to QB Online last year. Initially we had some issues with the migration but once that was sorted we were up and running. The software is very intuitive and has a host of new features. It's very easy to use and can be tweaked to suit the company needs. Very good product.

After using QuickBooks desktop for many years, I have long wished for extra features such as automatic downloading of bank details. Well now it's here. QuickBooks online automates everything right down to near real-time bank account transactions. And there are many other new features such as automatic learning of how you categorise items so that you can create rules that do a lot of the work for you in future transactions. I'd strongly recommend it and I'd also recommend the axonware team. Dan, in particular has been very helpful sorting out some of the minor glitches, which always happen when you're installing new software.

Was using 2016 desktop version of QB. Trialled QB Online, like the features and decided to upgrade for 2021. Irish version could not facilitate upload of historic data so using the UK version. Would feel more secure with Irish version, so hopefully in the future Irish version will accept historic data and we will convert back. Slight difficulty with upgrading to the UK version through the Irish website, but Amo was on hand to guide us through so now we are fully live! Professional service, many thanks.

I had a support issue with Quickbooks Desktop 2016 I contacted Axonware and I dealt with their agent called Amo, he could not have been more helpful, he had me up and running in minutes, it is nice in this day and age to be able to talk to somebody, I feel our modern day ways of communication by email and text etc leaves a lot to be desired, I am elderly and I am not good with technology , Amo was more than helpful he was courteous and plesent to deal with I can only give Amo and Axonware 100% thank you very much Jim Jordan

Had trouble finding a copy of an older version of Intuit Quickbooks that I had bought from Axonware. A short email on the web site and very quickly received a reply from Dan with a link to the download area on their web site. This was great support and a reason to buy from the company as I could not find a download area on the Intuit site. Prompt and excellent service even though we were a small customer.

My request for support from Intuit was very effective today. Problem: I needed to MTD file my VAT return in Quickbooks 2019 after upgrading from Quickbooks Pro 2015. I had closed the period in QB2015 but not filed it electronically. The solution Deletion of the closed status in the Journal to reveal and show the original VAT100 form and enable this return to be filed MTD with HMRC. I was assisted by a young lady called Liesel in Philippines. She solved my problem within 5 mins of her taking control of my machine Liesel quickly diagnosed my problem and resolved my issue quickly and efficiently she demonstrated understanding and competance. An excellent customer experience.

I upgraded to QuickBooks Pro 2018 recently. I had to contact the QuickBooks support team as I was adding a second user on a different PC. Although it took a bit longer than I was expecting to get it set up, there were some technical issues associated with my pc. In fairness to the guy from QuickBooks, he stuck with it until he got it working and was very pleasant and professional throughout. Very happy with my QuickBooks 2018 now.

I like the way you can go back and amend a record without too much difficulty and there is a safe guard to avoid amending the previous years data once it has been closed. and Julie was very helpful in advising how I can reload the system onto my new pc.

I had a very stressful problem (all of my own making) whereby I deleted my Quickbooks software. Dan at Axonware's Dublin office was extremely helpful in getting me back up and running quickly.
